Waitrose car park is free for two hours, as are some of the roads nearby.

Appointments
If you have to cancel an appointment, we require, whenever possible, 24 hours notice. This enables us to make alternative arrangements, perhaps to see someone in pain.
There may be a charge for appointments broken without notice.
Facilities for the Disabled
Unfortunately, our premises are not suitable for people with certain types of disability because of the stairs. We can however arrange for you to be seen at other local practices with appropriate facilities.
Emergency Service
If you are in pain during surgery hours, please telephone and every effort will be made to see you as soon as possible. The earlier you phone, the greater the chance of being seen that day, which is always our aim.
If you are in pain outside surgery hours, telephone our emergency number: 0845 602 0701. If you need to see a dentist, arrangements will be made, although not necessarily with someone from this practice.
Complaints Procedure
If you are happy please tell a friend, if you are unhappy please tell us. Please address any complaints to our practice manageress, Paula Winkworth, and they will be dealt with promptly.
Confidentiality
We take protecting your confidential information extremely seriously. We have a full ‘Confidentiality Policy’ available on request, and all our staff are trained in the importance of following this.
